✨ A Little About Me ✨
For those of you who may be new here, I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself!
My name is Hila Gaw-Urwin, and I’m a Realtor with Wallace-Nelson serving Seymour, Knoxville, and the surrounding East Tennessee communities.
I originally moved to Tennessee in 2003 and quickly fell in love with everything this area has to offer — the mountains, the people, and the sense of community that makes East Tennessee such a special place to live.
Real estate has always been more than just a career for me. I truly enjoy helping people through one of the biggest and most meaningful decisions of their lives — whether that’s buying their first home, selling a property, investing in land, or finding the perfect place to settle down.
My background and passion for design and staging also allow me to help sellers present their homes in the best possible way to maximize value and attract the right buyers.
At the end of the day, I believe real estate should be about honesty, hard work, and taking care of people.
